The workflow software reduces operational expenses, and the graphical reports display the data you require to meet your business needs. BMC Service Desk Express assists the help desk personnel in providing quality service to their internal and external customers. This application provides helpdesk technicians access to BMC Service Desk Express to review assigned requests, submit requests, and update requests. Note: This application requires SDE v10.1.0.282 SP1 and above installed and 1.3 version of the WebServices are configured and published. This application will work against v1.2 of SDE Mobile Web services. However the new features will not be available.
Requires iOS 4.3 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
